Raspberry Chia Pudding

Ingredients:
½ cup chia seeds
2 cups unsweetened milk of choice
½ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp vanilla extract
3 tbsp maple syrup
2 cups raspberries
Optional Toppings: granola, nuts, coconut flakes
Instructions:
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients except raspberries and toppings until the chia seeds are evenly distributed.
Refrigerate the mixture for at least 2 hours or overnight.
Once the mixture has thickened to a pudding-like consistency, blend it in a blender with raspberries.
Divide the mixture into three separate containers and add your preferred toppings.
Serve the pudding chilled.
