Raspberry Chia Pudding

Servings: Three

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup chia seeds

  • 2 cups unsweetened milk of choice

  • ½ tsp cinnamon

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

  • 3 tbsp maple syrup

  • 2 cups raspberries

  • Optional Toppings: granola, nuts, coconut flakes

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients except raspberries and toppings until the chia seeds are evenly distributed.

  2. Refrigerate the mixture for at least 2 hours or overnight.
