Thai-Style Beef Salad
This Thai-style beef salad recipe is a great way to incorporate a variety of nutrient-dense ingredients into your diet, including protein-rich beef, fiber-packed vegetables, and flavorful herbs and spices, all of which can support your overall health and well-being.

Ingredients:
Thai-Style Beef:
1 lb beef
4 cloves of garlic or 1 Tbsp. garlic powder
2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 tsp fish or oyster sauce
1/8 cup coconut aminos
1 Tbsp. lime juice
1 Tbsp. rice vinegar
Salad:
Cabbage
Spring mixed greens
Shredded carrots
Chopped cucumbers
Cilantro
Salad Dressing:
3 Tbsp. olive oil
3 Tbsp. lime juice
1 tsp honey
1/4 tsp ginger powder
Instructions:
Turn a medium-sized saucepan on medium heat and add the beef once the pan is warmed up. Let the beef brown for about 5 minutes while you chop the garlic and prepare the rest of the ingredients.
Once the beef is halfway cooked, add the garlic and the rest of the Thai-style beef ingredients.
Stir and put the heat on low simmer, cover the pan. Cook for about 10 more minutes until the beef is completely browned and the mixture has thickened up.
While the beef is cooking, prepare your salad.
Lastly, combine the salad dressing ingredients.
Toss the greens in the dressing, add the finished Thai-style beef, garnish with cilantro!
