How to Prepare
Cozy up at home with a warm beverage like cacao, herbal tea, or warm lemon honey water.
Dim your lighting, maybe light a candle, diffuse or put any essential oils on, and make this an hour and a half where you truly pamper and nourish your mind, body, and soul!
Have your mat set up with a couple pillow, blanket(s), an eye mask or something to drape over your eyes.
If you have a yoga strap, that would be nice to have accessible. If not, a robe string tie will do.
