Integrative nutrition coach, 300-hour yoga teacher, and sound healer. Certified in sports nutrition and personal training, a bachelor's in psychology, plus a year of public health grad school for good measure. If credentials are your thing. Mostly I'm just the one who actually pays attention.
I'm spending this summer doing my own reset. Slowing down, paying attention, and dialing in the lifestyle that actually works for my body. And the more I do it, the more I want to bring a few people along with me. So I'm opening six spots, and I'll coach you through yours, personally, every day.

Every day for 28 days you log the basics in about ten minutes. Your food, your movement, your mood, your sleep. I'm watching as it comes in. I'm not going to comment on every single meal. I'm going to spot the trends you can't see from the inside and hand you the easy swaps that actually move the needle, coaching you as you go.
This is the part most programs skip. There's no dashboard you forget about, no automated reminder you swipe away. There's a real person paying attention, and that person is me.

I'm not going to hand you a rigid plan and tell you to white-knuckle it. That's the thing that hasn't worked before. What lasts is finding your own template, the foods, rhythms, and boundaries that fit your body and your season of life. We use the 28 days to figure out what works for you, specifically, so you walk away with something you can keep.
Your body and the earth are connected. Local, real, seasonal. That's the through-line of everything I teach.
Only six spots
Because I coach each person as they log, spotting your patterns and handing you the swaps that matter. I can only do that well for a few people at a time. When the six are gone, the next round opens at the higher rate, by waitlist.
