SNACK STYLE LUNCH

EXAMPLE DAY:

  • Chocolate protein shake with 21 grams of protein

  • Two hard boiled eggs

  • Wholly guacamole cup

  • One cup of carrots

  • One cup of strawberries


Choose Your Protein 4-6 oz or 28-42 grams:

  • Protein shake or bar

  • Hard boiled eggs

  • Beef or turkey sticks

  • Full fat Greek yogurt

Choose Your Fat 1 Tbsp or 15 grams of fat:

  • Veggie or fruit dips

  • Wholly guacamole cups

  • Hummus

  • Nuts or nut butter

  • Full fat Greek yogurt

Choose Your Vegetable 1-2 cups of veggies:

  • Raw veggies for dips

  • Small salad

Choose Your Fruit:

  • One cup of your favorite fruit

Optional:

  • One ounce of hard cheese
