CINNAMON APPLE OATMEAL

2/3 cup water
2-3 Tbsp. milk of choice
1 Tbsp. chia seeds
1 tsp vanilla extract

1 chopped apple
1/8-1/4 cup walnuts or slivered almonds
1 Tbsp maple syrup or stevia to taste
Instructions:
Bring the water to a boil and add oats, chia seeds, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
