Ingredients:
Plant-based protein. Ideally, 14-28 grams of protein.
2 Tbsp. Nut butter.
1 banana
1 Tbsp. Milled flax seed or chia seed
1-3 tsp Maca Powder - Add for hormone health. Gradually increase to 3 tsp over time.
Fresh or powdered ginger - Add for gut health
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Instructions:
Add all ingredients to a blender.
Blend on high speed until thoroughly combined.
Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
