Hormone & Gut Balance Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • Plant-based protein. Ideally, 14-28 grams of protein.

  • 2 Tbsp. Nut butter.

  • 1 banana

  • 1 Tbsp. Milled flax seed or chia seed

  • 1-3 tsp Maca Powder - Add for hormone health. Gradually increase to 3 tsp over time.

  • Fresh or powdered ginger - Add for gut health

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.

  2. Blend on high speed until thoroughly combined.

  3. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
